  • Most items are final sale due to their unique, handpicked nature.
  • Returns or refunds are available only if the artwork is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Notification: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Documentation: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on your preference and product availability.

3. Not as Described

  • If the artwork you received differs substantially from its online description, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may request additional documentation or photos to assess your claim.
  • If confirmed, we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

4. Return Procedure

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return Shipping:
    • For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or not as described), Nibtopin will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees, and any original shipping charges may not be refundable.
