At Nibtopin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the steps for returning or exchanging items.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized artwork.
- Digital downloads.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@nibtopin.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you return instructions and a return authorization.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@nibtopin.com with photos of the damage. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
